When will my order ship?
Most orders ship out the same day as ordered, Monday through Friday. There are, of course, always delays that can happen, so please allow 2-3 days handling time for all orders. For more information, please see our shipping policy.
Help! I entered in the wrong shipping address, what do I do?
Please call us as soon as possible to correct your address at 503-531-8700 and we will try to correct the shipping address. Please note that we will only correct a shipping address once.
I have to have my order arrive by a specific date, can you do that?
Please call customer service at 503-531-8700 to place your order with one of our representatives. While we will do everything possible to get your order to it’s destination by a certain date, we can never guarantee delivery. Express fees may apply.

Please submit your request through our General Inquiries page, and include what title(s) you would like to use, along with as much identifying information you have for the specific section/piece you would like to use. A representative will be in touch with you within 2-3 business days with further instructions.
Does Beyond Words Publishing sell foreign rights for their products?
