Multimedia Submission Guidelines

Beyond Words is looking for new and engaging material that inspires, uplifts, and incites beneficial action and dialogue. Projects should be of high quality and fit well with products we already offer. We seek the first of and best of in our genre, and we look forward to seeing messages expressed in unique and interactive ways.

We are currently accepting submissions for:

Alternative Technology/Environment
Body, Mind & Spirit
Documentaries
Educational
Global Native Wisdom
Health & Well-Being
Inspirational Feature
Science & Spirituality
Spiritual Lifestyles

We are NOT currently accepting tarot decks, films based on hallucinogens, or films about kundalini energy.

At Beyond Words, we pride ourselves on giving personal attention to all our products by creating distribution plans that fit the content, market, and content producer's message. Many of our films have won COVR awards:

Please include the following with all multimedia product submissions:

A cover letter with contact information
Two copies of your work (do not send flyers or advertisements in place of the actual product)
Any additional promotional materials, such as press materials or reviews
A completed copy of our Multimedia Submission Form
A self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) if you want your materials returned (THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS OTHERWISE)

You may also include the following:

Any marketing material already created
Market analysis, including comparative/competitive products already out as well as your work’s intended demographic

We will give special attention to materials that also have these rights available:

Amazon.com distribution
World/Foreign distribution
Digital distribution

Because of the volume of submissions we receive, it may take up to three months to receive a reply. Please do not contact us for updates during this period. You will hear from us either way.
