Consumer Shipping Rates


All shipping charges are calculated by the published shipping rates of the chosen shipping company, with a $3.00(USD) handling fee added. Do you need a special shipping method (such as overnight delivery)? We use most major shipping companies to fit your needs. Beyond Words Publishing is not responsible for any customs or duties that may be incurred on international shipments.

Warehouse Hours of Operation and Closures


Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday, 8:30AM through 3:00PM PST. Any orders placed after 3:00PM PST will not be processed until the next business day. Please allow a 1-2 day order processing window. Also, please note that our warehouse is closed for the following holidays and for our quarterly inventories. Please keep these dates in mind when planning your order.

If one of the above holidays falls on a Saturday, we will observe it on the preceding Friday. If one of the above holidays falls on a Sunday, we will observe it on the following Monday. Also, please note that we might not be able to ship your order on other holidays depending on the holiday schedule of the shipping company that you choose for your order.

Return Policy


Returning New Items for Refund

You may return any non date-stamped products (ie no calendars) at any time as long as they are in new and sellable condition for a full refund or credit towards your next purchase. 

Indications that an item is not in ‘new and sellable’ condition may include (but is not limited to):

  • Bent or torn pages and covers
  • Packaging has been removed or damaged
  • Dirt or heavy dust
  • Any sort of markings or disfigurement
  • Scratch marks

Please include a copy of the packing slip or invoice with the returned products, and please indicate what form you would prefer the refund to be in (ie check, credit card refund, credit on account, etc.). All returns will be processed within 5 business days. Please note that we will not refund your shipping cost for the return of new products.

Returning Damaged Items for Replacement

Occasionally, items are damaged during shipment or have a defect from the printing/replication process. For replacement, please return the damaged goods to us. We will not issue a refund for damaged goods, only send a replacement.

  • For returns over 10 lbs (total), please call Customer Service at 503-531-8700 and we will issue a UPS call tag to pick up the damaged item(s).
  • For returns that are less than 10 lbs (total), please return it via USPS Media Mail. When you return it via this method, please include the shipping cost of returning the item(s), and we will credit your account for that amount.

 

Please include a letter with your contact information, and fully describe the damage or defect of the item(s).

All replacements will be sent out within 5 business days of receiving the damaged goods.
